Shipping Guide

Order Processing: At Nubian Oasis, we strive to ensure order processing to get your items to you as soon as possible. Please allow us up to 48 hours to process your order with care and attention to detail.

Shipping Timeframes: Our shipping and delivery services operate on business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3 pm EST on weekdays will be processed on the next business day. Orders received after 3 pm on Fridays and throughout the weekend will be processed promptly on the following Monday.

Additional Shipping Guidelines: We currently ship exclusively to postal addresses within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped exclusively on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Kindly note that it takes up to 48 hours to process your order. If your billing address differs from your shipping address, additional verification may be necessary, potentially causing a delay in your order.

Shipments to APO/FPO/PO Boxes: Regrettably, we do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses. However, we continuously evaluate our shipping policies and may include this option in the future. Stay informed about any updates through our newsletter and blog.

Reshipping & Restocking Fees: If a customer order is undeliverable due to incorrect address input, a 20% restocking fee along with the shipping fee will be incurred. Please ensure the accuracy of the address details, as USPS is unable to redeliver parcels. Restocking and shipping fees will be applied accordingly if a shipment is returned to our facility.
